Important notice to all patients.  Due to Covid-19, we are following strict protocols to ensure patient and staff safety by limiting the number of patients seen in an hour, pre-visit screening, Plexiglass barriers, masks and face shields being worn by doctor, and strict cleaning and sanitation protocols.

WHAT TO BRING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT

For your appointment you will need to bring your BC Care Card, Extended Health Insurance card (If any), current footwear, and your orthotics (If any).

Visits to a podiatrist are not included within the Provincial Healthcare Coverage. Patients are responsible for all payments. However, Direct Billing is available for many insurance companies.

Some patients may qualify for the Premium Assistance subsidy provided by the BC Government, at a rate of $23 per appointment, 10 times per year. Our staff will be happy to assist you in determining your eligibility and what additional fees you will need to pay.

Valley Podiatry Inc. no longer accepts WCB Claims. Worker’s Compensation Claims are your responsibility. Please take your invoice for our charges to WCB if you have a pre-authorized WCB claim.

New Patient Form

New patients will need to fill out a patient intake form called a NPF (New Patient Form). You are welcome to download it before the appointment, or come early and complete it at our office. To download the form, please CLICK HERE.
